If you are ever unsatisfied with a product, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. We, of course, would like to know what the cause of dissatisfaction is so that we can make our products and our company better! Please contact us via the Contact Us page. 

Shipping is via USPS usually, and will be packed using recycled bubble wrap and cornstarch packing peanuts until I've used up all the packaging I've been saving for the past 4 years! (Seriously!) I am currently researching the most sustainable packaging options, and will do my best to make as small a carbon footprint as possible.
